Describe the character's personal history (however brief or extensive):
Looking back on his childhood, Ron's happiest days were playing Quidditch with his family in the yard. While attending Hogwarts, he met his two closest friends, Harry Potter and Hermione Granger. Throughout the years, he stood side by side with them during the worst, and in the end helped defeat You-Know-Who (as you can see, he still doesn't like to say that name). After the war he, Harry and Hermione went back and finished their schooling. Ron and Harry played on the Gryffindor Quidditch team that final year, and helped win the house cup.
Ron had planned on falling back on an Auror career when he graduated if nothing else worked out, even though it really wasn't what he wanted. When a scout for the Chudley Cannons was in the crowd during their final game, and Ron got an offer to play for their team, he saw his future laid out in front of him like he had always dreamed. That only lasted for a moment though, as his insecurites came into play. Some of my saves were by mistake! What if they find that I really am not a good Quidditch player? What if I get dropped from the team, what will I do? Ron immediately began to train harder than ever. He ignored everything else in his life, and stayed in the team's training room for the majority of his years after Hogwarts. Four years after he graduated, he was made a starter keeper, much to his shock. Instead of bolstering his self esteem, this worried him more than ever. He would surely be sacked, now that he had more and more chances to make an arse of himself.
Lately, Ron has been training himself to the bone, spending all of his time on the field or in the training rooms, and only in sheer exhaustion making it to his flat to sleep.
Profession: Keeper for the Chudley Cannons
