How do people perceive this character:Friendly and boisterous until a few months ago. Now most of them are wondering if she killed the Minister.
Greatest fear:The "blank" spots in her memories and who she is beginning to suspect is responsible .
Greatest passion:Molding little pukes into decent Aurors.
Aspiration:Just to turn out good Aurors who make a difference in wizarding society, to make sure anyone she trains is ready for the tasks they’re undertaking.
Greatest Positive Attribute:Hestia usually has a sense of humor about everything . She's also a take-charge sort of lady.
Biggest Fault:Hestia hides behind humor in situations. She's opinionated. She's always been a bit rebellious and still sometimes thumbs her nose at the establishment… even though she works for them. And of course, trusting her niece.

Describe the character's personal history (however brief or extensive):
Sorted into Gryffindor in the 70s, Hestia is the younger sister to Megan Jones' father Thomas. Their parents, Jim and Norah, were muggles who were both pleased to turn out a witch and a wizard in a family that had shown no magic until then. They were killed by Voldemort’s followers during the first war. Hestia never married because there was no one she thought she could stand to be around for that long… with two exceptions. The only problems there are one’s dead and the other is married. Hestia went into Auror training straight out of Hogwarts. She was a bright star in her class. She was mentored by Kingsley Shacklebolt. They became good friends through this. He was the one who approached her about joining the Order. Hestia recruited her brother Tom and his wife Brigit for the Order as well. Both were killed during the second war. Hestia took over the care of her niece Megan after that. She’s a bit fuzzy on the last few months, but knows she did not kill the Minister. What’s worrying her is that she is beginning to suspect Megan has something to do with her memory problems. Currently she is sitting in a Ministry holding cell trying to piece together what's been happening to her and how she's going to get out of the fix she's in.
